For January everyone needs a little heat to warm up; Anyoung Kimchi bowl! On a bed of pure white jasmine rice is a colourful display of Korean delicacies. The gochujang pulled pork is joined by house made kimchi and sauteed kale with zucchini. To balance some of the heat, pickled daikon and carrot and a bean sprout salad cool things down a bit. A runny soft boiled egg is topped with togarashi. To crown this masterpiece a sweet chilli dressing is drizzled over the top. Delicious!
