Have you heard the news!? Our second cafe location is now open at 968 Howe Street in downtown Vancouver — we’re here serving up your favourite healthy and delicious comfort food in a brand new, shiny, marble-y space.
To welcome guests to the latest member of our growing family, beginning next week we’ll be pouring FREE 12-oz Moja drip coffee* — from 7 to 9 a.m., Monday, Jan. 16 through Friday, Jan. 20, and from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 21.
*Limit one per visitor. Applies to 12-oz Moja drip coffee when ordered from our Howe St. location only.
It’s official — we’ve opened the doors to the first of three new Railtown Cafe locations at 968 Howe Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver!
With our original Railtown location on Railway Street celebrating its fifth year in business, our newest cafe location occupies 1,700 square feet of space in a new LEED Gold-certified building, offering seating for 45 guests.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, our Howe Street cafe features the same signature cuisine that has become so beloved at our flagship Railway Street location: fresh-daily artisan breads, made-to-order gourmet sandwiches, soups, pastries and a build-your-own salad bar unlike anywhere else in the city. We also offer house-made ice cream available by the jar and cone, locally roasted coffee, cold-pressed juices and an array of local craft beer, wine and spirits.

Just in time for the festive season, Railtown Cafe’s Pastry Chef Alex Abley is offering a variety of delicious grab-and-go holiday treats, including ‘florentine cookies’ made with vanilla shortbread, caramelized honey, orange zest and almonds, ‘linzer cookies’ with raspberry rosewater jam, and ‘vanilla kipferl cookies’.
All are available in the cafe for $3 each (and don’t forget that we also offer a wide selection of gluten-free treats all year round!).
We’re gearing up for some exciting new changes at Railtown Cafe, including the addition of not one, not two, but three new cafe locations in Vancouver in the coming year!
Our new website better showcases our existing and soon-to-open cafe offerings as well as our commitment to using the best, fresh, local ingredients for our made-from-scratch sandwiches, salads, pastries, soups and more.
