Spring has almost sprung and we’re happy to announce the return of our Easter To-Go Dinner Package! Each package is freshly prepared, fully cooked, and ready to heat and serve at home. A conveniently pre-sliced Honey-Glazed Ham takes center stage of the family-style offering and is accompanied by various seasonal sides and dessert. Long-loved menu favourites include the decadent Scalloped Potatoes with Gruyère Cheese, fragrantly spiced fluffy Hot Cross Buns served with whipped butter and a delicious Rhubarb Crumble.
Back by popular demand, the Railtown chefs will be offering two special supplemental protein add-ons: Rosemary-Crusted Lamb Leg, and a Certified AAA Prime Rib Roast. Our traditional Greek Easter protein is a cut above the rest, prepared medium alongside a mustard lamb jus. The lamb leg is available in two sizes, small (feeds 4-6, for $119), and large (feeds up to 10 for $189). Our AAA-certified prime rib is slow-roasted to a perfect medium rare and includes classic sides of horseradish and beef jus. Limited quantities are available, early ordering is recommended. ($269, feeds 8-10).

This Father’s Day, Railtown Catering is once again offering our popular Southern-inspired Father’s Day BBQ feast! There is no need to spend hours hovering over the grill, this family-style package comes completely cooked, simply follow the instructions to reheat and serve.
Our comfort-packed feast features four proteins, including beef brisket prepared with a secret spice rub, bratwurst sausages, tangy-sweet smoked pork shoulder and a super tender beer brined chicken. The package comes complete with an array of sides, including house-made Jalapeño Cornbread, crunchy Carolina Cole Slaw, Corn on the Cob, Creamy Potato Salad and plenty of the Railtown Bourbon Barbecue Sauce.
For future grilling needs, Chef Dan will also be including packages of his Railtown Bourbon Barbecue Sauce and Railtown Signature Spice Rub.

Our specially designed menu features sensational spring starters, including a ruby-hued Ahi Tuna Carpaccio with creamy spreadable avocado and asparagus “Tartare,” Chilled Potato and Watercress Soup, Baby Spinach and Strawberry Salad, and Mascarpone Stuffed Figs.
The main event features our house made baguette and sourdough crostini, along with an assortment of elevated sandwich spreads and condiments to create your own culinary bites. Spreads take inspiration from traditional tea sandwiches and include plenty of spring ingredients; morel mushrooms and peas, poached salmon, chicken salad and pork rillette.
And for dessert, enjoy a perfectly peaked Lemon Meringue Pie for a sweet and tart finish!
With no heating or cooking required, the package is ideal for outdoor gatherings, and serves approximately four guests.
